GN CAPITAL is Armenian based Limited Liability Company (LLC) that was registered on 04 October 2021 by the Agency of the Public Register of Legal Entities of the RA Ministry of Justice. The company’s registration number is 273.110.1198244, taxpayer’s ID number is 02847538.

Rules of the “GN Formula” non-public investment fund were registered by Resolution No. 4 A dated 17 January 2022 of the Central Bank of Armenia (CBA). The Fund was assigned an ID code 51062-000 for participation (registration and reporting) in the CBA’s settlement and information systems and a taxpayer’s ID number 02852191. The CBA also issued to the Fund Certificate of Registration No. 0060.

GN CAPITAL LLC and GN Formula fund managed by GN CAPITAL LLC are regulated by laws and regulations of the Republic of Armenia, as well as regulations approved by the CBA.
